For very quick jobs (RAM upgrades, dust cleaning), yes. For most repairs, we prefer you leave it with us so our technicians can work without interruption. We'll call you when it's done.

Yes. When you book online or send an enquiry you can add our Priority Pass for $49 — we start on your job the same or next business day and move you to the front of the queue. If you would rather just talk it through, call us and explain your situation; where we can prioritise a repair at no charge, we will.

We'll call you on the number you provide when you drop it off. If we can't reach you, we'll leave a message. We don't charge storage for the first few days, but please collect within a week of being notified.
