Most of our stock is end-of-lease from WA corporates and government agencies — business-grade machines that typically get replaced on a 3-year cycle despite having plenty of life left. Dell Latitudes, HP EliteBooks, Lenovo ThinkPads are the mainstay.

Refurbished machines don't carry a fixed warranty period. Every unit is fully tested and inspected before it leaves us — storage, battery, display, thermals, keyboard, Wi-Fi and ports all checked and confirmed working. Extended warranty is available — just ask when you buy.

Yes — bring it in with the charger if possible. We'll assess it on the spot and offer either cash or a store-credit discount on a refurbished machine. Even non-working units often have usable parts.

For anything over $500 we can arrange an in-store layby (pay over 4–8 weeks). Longer-term finance is not offered at the moment — but keep an eye on the PC Madness Shop; that's rolling out in 2026.

Default is a fresh, activated Windows 11 Pro install for any machine that meets the requirements — otherwise Windows 10 Pro. Linux installs available on request (no extra charge). macOS devices are only sold on genuine Apple hardware, with current supported macOS.
