Apple Mac Repair Midland WA

MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac — we repair them all. From logic board faults and battery swelling to liquid damage and screen replacement, our Midland technicians have seen every Mac failure imaginable.

Macs are premium machines, and when they develop a fault it can be stressful — especially given how expensive Apple's own repair pricing can be. At PC Madness, we offer professional Mac repair at honest prices, with a free diagnostic so you know exactly what you're up for before spending anything.

We service MacBook Air, MacBook Pro (Intel and Apple Silicon), iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro. Whether it's a failed logic board, a swollen battery, liquid damage, or a cracked Retina display — we'll assess it thoroughly and give you a realistic picture of what the repair involves. • Data recovery from failed Mac SSDs

Signs Your Mac Needs Attention

Mac won't turn on, or shuts off immediately
Spinning beach ball constantly
Unexpected restarts or kernel panics
Battery swollen — trackpad feels raised
Screen cracked or showing dead pixels
Liquid spill — keyboard stopped working
Fan running loudly and constantly
Mac getting very hot under light workload

Spilled something on your Mac?

Shut it down immediately, don't try to turn it back on, and bring it in as soon as possible. The longer liquid sits on a logic board, the more corrosion spreads. Speed is critical with liquid damage — early treatment dramatically improves the chances of a full recovery.

Apple Mac Repair FAQ

Not necessarily. A no-power fault can be caused by a failed battery, a faulty MagSafe or USB-C charging board, a blown fuse on the logic board, or a more complex logic board fault. We'll diagnose exactly what's failed before quoting anything. Many "dead" Macs are recoverable.
Shut it down immediately and do not try to turn it back on — powering a wet logic board causes short circuits. Remove any accessories, tilt it to drain, and bring it to us as soon as possible. We'll clean the board with ultrasonic cleaning and assess the damage. Speed is everything with liquid damage.
We're typically significantly cheaper than Apple for out-of-warranty repairs. For older models, Apple may not even offer repair. We'll give you an honest comparison — if the repair cost doesn't make sense relative to the machine's value, we'll say so.
A swollen battery is a safety concern and should be addressed promptly. Don't leave it plugged in, keep it away from heat, and bring it in as soon as you can. Battery replacement is a relatively straightforward repair and will restore your Mac to normal.
Yes. We service Apple Silicon MacBooks including M1, M2, and M3 models. Repairs on Apple Silicon machines are more specialised — particularly logic board work — but we have the tools and experience to handle them. We'll assess and advise on what's achievable.
